Mostly, I go by "Mir" online, though no one who knows me or in my family calls me anything but "Mirty" or "Mirtika" or, well, "Titi Mirty" if you're a niece or nephew. Or "Bicala" if you're my eldest sister.

I have too many names, clearly.

I'm assistant editor at DKA Magazine. I am one of the poetry editors at Fear & Trembling. And I'll be on staff here at MindFlights.

I write fiction, mostly--working on a novel now with two editors interested--and have written short stories and some speculative poetry. My muse is a lollygagger, so I'm not a fast writer.

I collect SF art (when the budget allows) and have thousands of books (which is way too many for the space I inhabit, so no humans fit in my house beyond me and hubby.)

I hope to see MindFlights prosper and grow and hope you'll support the magazine and its endeavors.

Oh, and I am not the most diplomatic being in the cosmos, so, um, sorry in advance for the inevitable brusqueness, bluntness, and foot-in-mouthing.
